Caddo Kiowa Technology Center is in compliance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Americans with Disabilities Act, and other federal and state laws and regulations and shall not discriminate with regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity (including gender expression), sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, income derived from a public assistance program, political beliefs, or reprisal or retaliation for prior to civil rights activity.  Caddo Kiowa Technology Center Title IX coordinator will make a reasonable effort to informally resolve any report brought forth regarding a problem or concern by providing supportive measures.  Any student, employee or other person who desires to proceed with a formal complaint will need to complete the following form.  Once the form is submitted to the Title IX coordinator, it will be begin the investigation process (see our Grievance Procedure Policy).  

Hazing constitutes unethical and unacceptable conduct that will not be tolerated at the technology center. To that end, the technology center adopts the following policy prohibiting hazing in compliance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act.

A result of the legislative mandate and public policy embodied in the School Safety and Bullying Prevention Act, 70 OKLA. STAT. § 24-100.2 et seq. (“Act”). The technology center intends to comply with the mandates of the Act and expects students to refrain from bullying. Bullying is expressly forbidden and students who bully are subject to disciplinary consequences as outlined in the technology center’s policy on student behavior. Bullies may also be provided with assistance to end their unacceptable behavior, and targets of bullies may be provided with assistance to overcome the negative effects of bullying.
